MX Global and MX Exchange are collectively referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.

1.      The promotional campaign is for a period of six (6) months, starting from 31^st August 2021 to 28^th February 2022.

2.    During this promotional campaign period, the two (2) trading pairs of BTC/MYR and ETH/MYR spots trade offered on MX Exchange will incur 0% trading fees.

3.      The 0% trading fees is not applicable for transaction fees on fiat and Digital Asset withdrawal.

4.      The promotional campaign automatically applies to all new and existing MX Exchange’s verified users (KYC Level 1 to KYC Level 3).

5.    The users participating in this promotional campaign agree with and understand our Terms and Conditions, Limitation of Liability and Self-Declared Risk Acknowledgement, displayed on our website.

6.    We reserve the rights to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The users should check these Terms and Conditions regularly and we will use our best endeavors to notify the users of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions which we consider are likely to materially affect user rights and obligations.
